Absolutely DELICIOUS! Whenever I drive through Springfield and Oscar's Famous Rib's is open, I stop to treat myself to one of their shredded BBQ pork sandwiches. It is the most delicious BBQ sandwich I have ever eaten! I buy the large sandwich and they are always so kind to put some of the meat in a plastic cup so my puppy can also enjoy some of the mouth-watering meat. Because of health reasons and food sensitivities, I actually eat vegan. When driving long distance I find it difficult to find vegan food much less, yummy vegan food. One time, while driving through Springfield I stumbled upon Oscar's Famous Ribs and have been addicted to their BBQ pork sandwich ever since. Their location is convenient; it is only a short distance off of Hwy 65 with their booth just inside the entrance to Price Cutter grocery store. Although I stick with the sandwich, they have a great variety of meat and it all looks delicious. Thanks guys for the delicious BBQ!:)

BBQ at/in front of a generic grocery store. I'm so serious, like this shouldn't be good - but it is and very comparable to a larger Brick N Mortar.
So these guys smoke their meats in this little smoke-house outside of Price Cutter (yes that big unappealing grocery store). You actually purchase the food inside/to the right of the left set of doors.
The Things to DO:
1) Pulled Pork. Not dry and flavorful
2) Beans. This is not vegetarian based
3) The Hot BBQ Sauce is delicious and hot!
4) If you need wings for Sunday/Monday football, this isn't a bad/quick alternative. I would def. advise you against getting the pre-pared wings in Price Cutter and try Oscar's mom/pop shop.
I don't believed I found a quick grab and go while in a chain grocery store for some adult beverages. Win! -

Been wanting to try this place for awhile because every time I'd shop at Price Cutter I'd smell Oscar's smoker and wow it smelt so good!! Yesterday I bought a pulled pork sandwich and some of their bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. It was HEAVEN!!! The sandwich was huge and DELICIOUS. The poppers I believe came straight from heaven they are so good!!! Oscar's will now be a weekly stop for me. I'm fully addicted and loving it!

This place is a favorite of ours. My husband always snags a sandwich when we are stopping in for groceries at PC. The sauce is delicious. The meat is high quality. They never disappoint. We served some of their pulled pork at our 4th of July event, and it was a big hit.

Really good BBQ sandwiches. The taste is smoky and savory along with the sauce they put on it and the cole slaw only compliments it even more. I got two sandwiches and some of there french fries and it was all good at a very reasonable price. Haven't tried there ribs yet but if there as good as there sandwiches than I am in for a real treat.
